Mattie Bday

It was a better birthday for Mattie than last year. He actually got to pick out and eat his birthday dinner (he asked for a country breakfast brinner and a super chocolate cake) and we just relaxed at home as a family. The girls helped me mix and decorate his cake and the girls both asked to make him cards today at home. I got him a couple of movies, candy treats, and set aside some cash for a Bass Pro Shop purchase he wants to make. So nothing fancy, but that's what he wanted! I think sometime this week we are going to cash in his birthday coupon for Grimaldi's and the free pizza they offer! In the meantime, our new Internet is super glitchy and we are having trouble staying connected for more than a couple minutes at a time. It's very frustrating. Comcast is about to get a modem through their windows. Not really, but it's fun to imagine!!!
