So here we are at 39 weeks and things are not looking like they are "supposed" to. My belly has definitely deflated over the past week. It is strange to think that our baby girl should be growing inside of me still. I would feel so sad to not have had the past week with her, but then I guess if I hadn't had the past week with her, I would not know to feel sad.

I definitely don't miss that weird postpartum belly! Lilah used to "knead" my belly with her toes, so Chris called it the bread dough belly :p
You guys look so happy to be home! Let me know when you are feeling up to a visit (after your initial round of visitors finishes); I have some baby clothes for you if you are interested.
Definitely interested in the clothes and in seeing you and the Bean! Matt will be going back to work on Monday so I am sure I will appreciate visitors to keep me company any time after that...
It is exactly like bread dough...I have been trying to figure that out!
Don't forget in a few weeks Maddy and I are going to come over to give you some Mommy time.
Yay for babies being out! Hope that you're able to manage some sleep now. Wish we could come visit!
Taking a picture of your post baby belly is about the bravest thing I've ever seen!! Don't worry, but bulk of it shrinks pretty quick. I remember jiggling my belly and laughing about it right after Caroline came out. Very strange.
Enjoy your first Halloween : )
